The PS 238 gym was electric! Forget regular classes – today was all about the annual staff versus student basketball game, and the energy was off the charts. Students and staff waved silver pom-poms, their eyes glued to the court, buzzing with excitement.

The staff team meant business! Ms. Regina was a force, basically saying "no way" to student baskets. Ms. Blette and Mr. Szeto were defensive machines, zooming around to steal the ball and block shots. Then there was Ms. Aidina, who had a serious shooting touch, making basket after basket and getting huge cheers.​​

But the students came to win too! Aisha was a lightning bolt, speeding down the court with the ball. Arely was the smart player, always finding the open teammate with a perfect pass. Alen was like an energy drink on legs, running and hustling all game long. And Ishmel? He had a super smooth shot, keeping the students right in the game.

The game was a nail-biter, going back and forth. Teachers and students were high-fiving and shouting encouragement, even to the other team sometimes.
